We strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to this reason, depending on the stage in processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations to an order can be made after the order has been received.
If changes are requested, we want to try to help as soon as our office doors open! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Department and a representative would be more than happy to assist you in this matter. We simply require to know the following:
- The order ID number in reference
- The customer's registered e-mail address
- Detailed description of changes that needs to be made
If the requester cannot verify the billing information or account information associated to the order, we reserve the right to deny the request of an order cancellation due to privacy concerns.
